I bought 3 of these odd ball petunias a while ago. I can't remember their name but I LOVE THEM!!! They have grown like crazy, despite the heat.

Strangely they decided to grow up instead of trailing down

I've never seen those. They're very pretty, and it's strange how they grow up instead of down. :D

I like the thought of those petunias growing upwards. All mine either droop down or spread sideways.

I'm going to start paying closer attention to them. If they put out seeds I'm going to try really really hard to catch some :-o

You really did good on those, Stratsmom.
They show themselves so well with the white background of your house siding.

I'm not sure about these beautiful flowers either. On the face of it they look a bit like Wave Petunias - but still I'm not quite convinced that they are exactly this kind of Petunias. I found a picture of Wave Petunias here: http://www.nicksgreenleafgardens.com/MorePhotos.html. But nevertheless, as I said, if you take a close look at them there still seem to be some differences between the two.

Somewhere I read that every year thousands of new varieties of Petunias are produced. So, that's probably the reason why it's difficult to determine exactly what kind of Petunias these flowers are.

But no matter what, I really like these beautiful flowers too :D

    Best,
    Anette
