Hi, I'm a new "meadower" in Cheltenham, PA, thanks to my son and his environmentally conscious teachers. All sorts of strange things are growing in my backyard and I hope to learn from others or share experiences. Thanks to all for the great info posted and to the site admins for all their hard work to keep this a nice site to visit. Best regards, Jim
Hi Jim, welcome to GardenStew from north Texas. A "meadower"...we would love to see photos of your backyard. Your son and his teachers sound like very earth friendly people, congratulations to them! And to you for letting him experiment with the yard.
For your viewing pleasure Photos posted to profile. North TX, as in Amarillo? Been there. No where else. Take care, jb
How about posting the photos in the Member's Gallery, check out the How To Post Photos instructions. Photos posted in the forums are larger and so much easier for older eyes (like mine) to see and enjoy Amarillo is north-west Texas, this state is so large it has many directional designations and gets confusing sometimes. North Texas is the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, basically from the Red River on the North, Waco on the South, Weatherford on the West and Greenville on the East. I know, that's more information than you really were wanting to know but when you get a Texan started talking about their state you always get more than you wanted
