Last year's Lantana

    Last fall my husband insisted he could winter this plant in the garage. It looked terrible this spring when we set it outside but as you can see he was right. It sits in an old chair in front of our dining room window and gets the morning sun.

    Very bright and cheerful, I have two lantanas, Dallas Red, and the regular orange and yellow. The butterflies love them.

    I just love Lantanas.I have a gold one and a pink and yellow one.Glendann has a purple one.I guess I have never seen a red one I bet that is pretty!!!I would like to get a orange one next.

    Love that lantana. Here in Tenn. I winter mine over in my stormhouse. They usually make it fine(and yes they look awful when you get them out) in all but the coldest winters.

    I love Lantanas.The butterflies do too I have a yellow and
    purple and the pale pink white and yellow mix ones .I want a red one now as I never saw one before or orange ones. They must be beautiful.Ours here
    in Texas dont freeze .I will cover mine as they will get frost.They do grow really big if in the ground.
