Hi everyone, I'm a very keen gardener in a small town in The Netherlands. My garden is postage-stamp size, and crammed full of all sorts of plants, most of which I raised myself. For me gardening is one big adventure and experiment. I'm one of those gardeners who, when a book says one shouldn't do something a certain way, I do just to see what happens. I think they call that stubborn... (e.g. I cut my lavender back very hard this spring, and it's thriving instead of dying :-D ) Kind regards, Gardenelf

Hello, and welcome! We'd love to see pictures of your "postage stamp." I cut back my lavender also, and it's much healthier and bushier than before. Sometimes the experts just haven't seen our plants!
