I started a bunch of seeds yesterday, Dill, Chives (garlic and regular) tarragon, rosemary, cilantro, parsley, sweet basil and thyme. I enjoy herb so much, I love cooking with fresh herbs and I love the smells they give off when they are potted in my kitchen window. I don't even mind doing the dishes as long as I get to smell the herbs! LOVE THEM!

My most favorite herb is chives and parsley. I also grow basil, cilantro, sage, mint and more basil.
Oh almost forgot garlic, a friend gave me some elephant garlic in 2002 and it grows on its own every year from little gloves that remain in the ground. He has past away but left a nice reminder.

I grow all my own herbs, parsley, basil, tyme.oregano,rosemary,&chives. I dry them out and refill my spice rack. I also use them fresh in recipes I make up.I also allow one of each to flower and produce seeds for the next season. Most Herb plants are only good for two years.
