    Hi Toni:
    Thanks for welcoming me. I am the pretty long winded one at times...lol. Before my divorce 3 years ago, I was an Butterfly/Hummingbird Sanctuary type gardener. Dabbled with veggies also. Now i'm in an apt with no balcony and no place outside, so i've started container gardening at work. The members on LHJ have seen what I've grown from pots with lots of headaches I must add Will post pics in a little while.

    Thanks again for the welcome!!!

    Welcome Hummerbum! I live in Georgia also, but I'm up above Atlanta. I love Savannah, it's beautiful there and I've been there many times. You will love it here. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

    For about 7 years, I was only able to keep plants in containers. Some things easy about it... and others not.
    Anyhow... look forward to see what you have going on.

    Hi Hummerbum- Welcome! I am from Massachusetts, a bit colder up here in the winter. I like container gardening too. Very portable. My husband grows his herbs in containers and I grow cannas in mine!
