Fall is in full swing here in the mountains, what are some of the crops you are either growing or harvesting at this time?
I have just put up one quart of tarragon vinegar, and still have a bumper crop, wondering if I should make more, as not sure how long it will last. Basil was harvested on Monday.
It's time to harvest the last of the apples and pears here. The plums were picked a couple of weeks ago and were lovely and juicy. :-D .
Went apple picking last week. This weekend Raspberries. Next week Pumpkins. The week after, digging Potatoes. Jerry
