    Hi, this is my dendrobium keithii orchid which is flowering now.The tiny flowers are produced under the succulent like leaves.The flowers look like tiny rosebuds until you get a closer look.

    They are just lovely! They sure do look like little rosebuds.

    Thanks Bernieh, it is an orchid which is easy to grow and should do well up your way, if your place is anything like mine and you are a keen gardener, space is the problem.....

    Actually we're in the midst of cyclone damage repairs right now and when the pergola is pulled down and replaced I'll have some space for orchids. I know the workmen will trample on the plants that are in the ground which can't be removed, so when the new structure is up I was thinking of adding orchids to the lattice to take attention away from the damaged plants.
