I went to one of my friends' home and I saw some Desert Rose standing in water,it's beautiful and special. So I think if someone are looking for a new houseplant and have a good, sunny window, these are awesome.
Hey! Yeah, the desert rose is one of my favorite houseplants. I have a large one that I adore. They are very easy to take care of, and seem to thrive in abuse. Moreover, they can easily be pruned and lifted to get a desired appearance. When buying a desert rose, try to find one that was grown from seed. They are typically more uniquely shaped in the caudex. Regardless though, you can shape the caudex to you liking by lifting and pruning the roots. These are overall a fun and easy plant to practice basic bonsai techniques on as they are very forgiving!
