    Hi all,
I feel like I've been run over and back over again and again. It's been weeks since I've done the stew. First the flu that went into brochitis and all the coughing took out my back, which of course made me fall ( black & blue). So this week had epidural that did not work. I'm walking like I'm 100 yrs old. and getting nothing done. So tonight I'm self medicating with a glass of wine. Sick of meds that don't work, Dr's and waiting rooms. :D
Going to Aruba in 2 weeks, probably in a wheel chair at least thru airports. I know the water and beaches will get me back to me.
Had first light frost Sunday night. It got a few impatiens but not all. Hubby put chair in greenhouse.
So I've been going out there and soaking up the heat while filling all my containers for winter sowing.
Anyways I'm on the mend and glad to be back.

Well, you've had a time of it! I'm so glad you are feeling somewhat better. If Aruba doesn't bring you up to 100%, I hear Barbados is very healthful ;), especially if you sit on the beach with a glass of wine. Self-medicating is definitely the way to go!

Oh Donna, Sorry to hear you have been sick, I assumed you had no electricity :-? My kids all laugh at me when I tell them.... Go soak in some epsoms salt. make a nice bath add a bunch of it and sit and soak. Maybe that will help some. I seem to get as much use out of that as anything. Don't forget the book and bath pillow while you "medicate" yourself. Hope you feel better soon!

I'm so sorry to hear you've been unwell Dona but so glad to have you back with us. I'll keep everything crossed that the Aruba weather does the trick for your back.
