    The first is my Sweet Fennel for the caterpillars.
    They better hurry up and get here and start eating... these plants are going nuts!

    And a co-worker gave me some Red Ginger a few weeks ago. I think it likes it here... it's got a bloom already.

    The caterpillar's alarm clock did not go off? Maybe the weather has delayed them. They found someone else's fennel? This years caterpillars don't like fennel? Birds? :)

    We could turn this into a "Top ten reasons the caterpillars are not eating Cheryl's fennel" Hmmmm....

    Hi Cheryl,
    a very pretty Red Ginger,..and i was interested in your Sweet Fennel as i have the Purple Fennel,..yours are ahead of mine,..no blooms on mine yet,..and lol no Caterpillars.

    I've been trimming and trimming the fennel... it's about to smother out some of the flowers. Where the heck are the caterpillars that devoured it in a single day last year??? :headscratch:
