Haven`t had time to take a pic yet but it weighs 15 ounces. One short of a pound. It was on the ground so it needs to ripen a bit but I picked it anyway since the vine is so loaded. Anyone else have any "possible winning" entries yet ? I know MG is hiding a giant tomato somewhere.

Nope, Mart. This weekend there were 8 deaths from heat related stress in the neighboring county :( the temps were in the 90's, which is very high for us at this time of the year. BUT now is the normal time to plant the garden. May 15th is the last frost date for our area, but there are a few nights after that that everything needs covered on occasion. Lots of people wait until Memorial Day weekend to do their gardens. I have lots of plants still left in my greenhouse, but last year I didn't start selling until about the 1st of June due to the weather. One night this week it is supposed to be down in the 40's

Kk, that is a good idea. Have a page dedicated just to the contest so all the entries are in the same spot.

I still have a bunch that are growing in that size range so this one may not be "it". Still,, I am not taking any chances so I will get a pic just in case!
