How did you kill the grass?

How long before you can plant in those areas?

I could replant the next day. But for this planting I've got to acquire plants for it. Maybe 3 months.

Ohhh... for some reason I thought Roundup stayed in the ground for a while and would affect any plants there.

It's going to be a 45' strip of red amaryllis. Being a corner lot, another strip on the other 25' one.

It's the interior bed that nothing permanent yet has been selected. But most likely will be a groundcover of Liriope and fern. (Thilypteris normalis-common shield fern).

So long as you do not over apply, and use safe precautions (as one should when using these man-made chemicals), no problems should exist with RoundUp.

I've got special additions to these new Amaryllis strips. Rain Lilys and Lycoris. Bulbs will be simply laid out and covered with 6 inches of landscape mix.
