Okay, supper is at your place tonight!! Those look delicious.

I tried growing them in containers last year but with the heat and drought I couldn't keep them going. I might try again next year.

Once you dig into those tonight, you will start another planting. Looks good! Better check my bucket. I threw a few small ones in a five gallon bucket after digging the ones in the garden.

    Veeeeeeeeeery nice, LP-- :p

You guys are 2-3 weeks ahead of us here, but i dug down and looked at a couple of spuds on the roots of one of my plants and saw some that looked to be just a little bit smaller than yours. I covered them back up and decided to wait another couple of weeks.

There are few things that I look forward to in the veg garden...but the first meal of new potatoes is one of them.

    Well done, mate!

Potatoes in a pot, sounds like a worthwhile adventure. Now for some taters to cut in half. :)

lp, even if they get all wrinkly, they can still be viable as seed. you can lay them out in the light and see if the produce eyes/sprouts.

what a great harvest, and neat pics!
