    That is an unusual and lovely Canna, Glenda. You may not have had good luck with your strawbs...but you get top marks for this one!

    It really is a lovely thing. I wish that I could grow them here, but my conditions aren't right. I tried but they all died. Some things I just have to accept.

    I hope that you will show more pics of this attractive flower and more if you have them. BTW--how are your Crape Myrtles doing?

    I can't seem to grow cannas here either. I have seen red, yellow or white ones but NEVER a gorgeous one like yours Glenda.

    Thank you all my crepe murtles are just now starting to bloom Sjoerd.I'll take a few pictures of them today.I have a few cannas but the drought got some of them last year.
