1st of July and my bday is here again! It's been a hectic day, mostly taken up by tuition to nearby kids, prayers and yeah, gardening! I could not find a trellis for my bitter-gourd vine so I helped it find its way on a rope I tied to two posts. Am also building a raised bed gradually using organic kitchen waste. When I told mum about it, she thought it was too ambitious a project but now, the soil's visibly more fertile. So, am a happy 22-year old gardener right now! Just noticed: my 101th post and my status (how do you call it?) shows ON THE WAY UP
