White Dinner Plate Hibiscus Finally Blooming

    My aunt, who I originally got the seeds from, has been giving me grief because her plant has been blooming for weeks now. She calls and says "My plant is over 6 foot tall now and full of blooms... how's your's?" and laughs at me when I say it's only about 3 foot and no blooms. So now... I can call her and say it's full of blooms (I won't mention the part of it still being kinda small.)

    How I wish I could grow hibiscus here. I love the dark red centre of your flowers as they contrast so beautifully with the pure white of the outer petals.

    Thanks everybody. It just makes me smile to see those big pretty white blooms on my "Uncle Frank" hibiscus. :stew2:
