Cut back on the watering, I have read several places that being overwatered causes the plant to sweat (transpiration) in order to get rid of some of the excess water around the roots. Use the finger in the soil test to determine when to water, if the soil is moist in the top three inches then it doesn't need to be watered.
Your plant is a Pothos, not an Ivy. Pothos, as well as some other plants in the Aroid family sometimes release water droplets from their leaf tips in a process known as guttation. It is perfectly normal and it is a way for the plant to relieve pressure of water build up. It is not an indication of over watering or any other plant care problem. In fact, I have only seen it occur with healthy Aroids. The droplets are harmless to the plant and to you. ~Will Creed
