New feeder

    Made a quick feeder for the woodpeckers. Didn't take long to make and even a shorter time for the birds to find it. They were on it in 10 miinutes.

    Kildale, I love it. I will be making one for my tree stump this year. Thanks for the idea.

    Cool, We cut split and stacked 4 cords of wood this week, and have a few more cords to do, but I could probably recycle a few of the smaller pieces to do this. Some of them split flat and splinterless. perfect for a project like this.

    I've just put out new feeders in the garden. None of them look half as good as yours does though Kildale. The birds used to take a couple of days to use the replacements but this year they went to them immediately.

    We just split tree we had taken down. And Would like to make one also. Got lot left over wood log splitter makes. And plenty of birds.Great idea.
