Tip for hanging your window boxes

    hang your window boxes with door hinges. That way you can tilt them up if you are washing or painting under them/around them or pull the hinge pin to take them down to fill them and re-insert it to put it back up.

    No window boxes but I do have flower boxes attached to the deck that I would like to remove periodically. A good use of old door hinges. Thank you, great tip!!

    Use a hanging metal bracket from the base of the window. Screw the window box to the bracket from the back of the bracket.
