    Hello, I am a giant pumpkin grower in CT. I have been growing giant pumpkins for 10 years or so. My biggest is 1216 lbs. I am an avid gardener and have a lot to learn :)

    Ct sending you a warm welcome from frozen Wisconsin. That pumpkin must have been an eye :eek: opener so to speak. We think if we get a pumpkin that weighs 20lbs it's great. I too can't wait to see those pic's. :stew1:

    I feel a little strange welcoming you to the forum, since I'm rather new myself, but, welcome just the same.

    I actually had a customer who was a giant pumpkin grower. Sent me the pic attached. Not quite as big as yours, but still nearly 1,000 pounds. It ain't pretty, but it is big, that's for sure.

    Welcome to the Stew CTpumpkin! I'm from MA and just came in from a stint shoveling the 2 feet of snow the blizzard dumped. How is the snow in your neck of the woods??
