These are photos of my grass free front yard. Pavers have taken on quite a bit of moss even though this is a south and west facing yard. Welcome. This one looked a bit chilled, but soon disappeared. All types of bees appreciate the heather when ever it is blooming. ( photo / image / picture from Jewell's Garden ) My first hellebores were planted in the front yard in the shade of a four way cherry tree. We found out there is no such thing as a semi-dwarf cherry and after 20 years got tired of trying to manage it. The stump is now drilled and home to native bees. A few hellebores, these are volunteers ( photo / image / picture from Jewell's Garden ) Crocus, pink and maroon lower growing heathers with lots of ferns are the frame ( photo / image / picture from Jewell's Garden ) So much for a little look at my front yard before the leaf blower comes out of hibernation. I like the moss on your pavers as it's a lovely foil for the heathers, hellebores and bulbs. Isn't it nice to see crocus in flower again. Spring is in the air!!
Your place looks good but I'm hoping for pics in mid-summer when I believe it will be awesome... Hank
