The hellebores have never looked as good as they do this spring. If none of the other perennials perform this year I will still be able to say I've had a great flowering year. The hellebore beds are especially nice this spring ( photo / image / picture from Jewell's Garden ) My first hellebores ( photo / image / picture from Jewell's Garden ) Another volunteer ( photo / image / picture from Jewell's Garden ) Volunteer hellebore ( photo / image / picture from Jewell's Garden ) ( photo / image / picture from Jewell's Garden ) Grape Hyacinth is starting and heather winding down ( photo / image / picture from Jewell's Garden ) Forsythia is almost finished ( photo / image / picture from Jewell's Garden ) ( photo / image / picture from Jewell's Garden )
Your forsythia is almost finished!! Mine hasn't even started this year yet. :-D I do have hellebores out at the moment though along with crocus, snowdrops and a few polyanthus. Thanks for sharing the flowers in your garden with us - especially those gorgeous white hellebores.
Beautiful Hellibores and Grape Hyacinth,..our Forsythia is at its peak just now,..just comparing yours and mine,..one at peak one after peak and Eileen waiting for hers to start.
Cherylad and Droopy thanks for the kind comments. Philip and Eileen, onee of the wonders of the Stew is having an extended spring. I never get tired of seeing snowdrops and early bloomers.
oh oh those are so pretty, I want hellebores! Definitely need to add those to my woodland garden this year! And like Eileen, I havent seen any of the forsythias around here in bloom yet! Maybe there just arent as many as there were? Ill have to drive around and look :-?
