Helleborus Helleborus Helleborus Helleborus Helleborus This is my first year to see them bloom in my own yard. I just can't waittt....
Cool, Barb. I have never tried these and every year I think I am going to remember to look for them when I am out and about, but then I forget, I guess. Hopefully soon, they will pop.
I have many many more but I haven't looked at them. They are in the, what we call, up yard. That's by the hidden garden that we have done nothing with. Maybe this year....
Besides snowdrops hellebores are the first to flower here each year. Mine are in flower but are covered in snow at the moment. It certainly looks as though it won't be too long before yours burst into bloom Barb. :-D
I hope your wait will be over soon and you can show us the blooms. We've got lots of hellebores in the garden, and they're early here too. I think the severe frost has killed the most tender ones, but I'm still hoping.
Congratulations Ware, they are looking good so far. There are so many different sorts. I am interested to see what kind of flowers yours will have.
I can't wait to see them either Every year I say I want to add some Hellebore's to my garden, this may finally be the year
Hellebore Hellebore Hellebore Hellebore Hellebore Hellebore Mine are nothing compared to some of your Hellebore gardens but I am so very happy with mine. It's my first year..... :-D :-D
Oh wow! I had no idea what Hellebores were....and now that I see them, I'm going to have to add them to the ever-growing list of things I want to plant. Gorgeous!
Thank you Netty and Ronni. I am so envious of our members who have vast Hellebore gardens. THEY DO MAKE BEAUTIFUL GARDENS. I say they can stand alone to show off. They look like wild flowers, or flowers gone wild.... One of my favorite......
