    Happy Monday morning. Nothing really to do except pull weeds. Think we'll take in the aluminum cans to recycle center. Then I guess it's just hangout and try to stay cool. I'm sure I'll get bored and find something out in the garden that needs to be done.

    Morning all. Already too hot to be out in the yard for me. Time to dig out the mining helmet with the light and start gardening before dawn. :rolleyes:

    Good Tuesday morning all. Currently 20°C and clear. It going to be another hot, humid day. Today, we will bury my father in law. He died on Friday at the age of 86 of cancer. May he rest in peace.

    Happy Tuesday morning. Back to work after a long hot weekend.
    Both rain barrels are empty and no rain in sight for the next week. I guess me and water hoses will be best buddies for awhile now.

    Good morning! I watered every thing last evening. I never get up early enough to water things before the sun gets high enough to burn them.
    I think I'm behind a little on my posts so I'll have to post a few more things to catch up. Want to see some more pictures? I'll have to see what I can find to take pictures of here. You all have a good day now.

    Morning all. Randy and I apparently had some 'iffy' fish last night when we went out to eat...he was sick all night and I have been thinking I was going to be but hasn't happened yet. Gonna be a quiet day around here.
    And a hotter one, we didn't reach the triple digits last week as they first forecast but it appears that this coming weekend is going to give it a try. :rolleyes:
    Wake me when Autumn arrives.

    Netty, so sorry to hear of the loss of your father-in-law. We will be thinking about you through the day.

    Good Wednesday morning all. Currently 20°C and overcast. We had a thunderstorm yesterday and the gardens are all very happy today. Off to work, where I hope they also got rain yesterday. Have a great day all :)

    Happy Thursday morning. You know it's hot and dry when you have to water the water lilies! :D
    I had 3 hoses going at once yesterday. I am not looking forward to the next water bill.

    Morning all. Only reached 98F/36C yesterday but today is to be the day it officially goes over 100...101F/38C then tomorrow `103F/39C. By this date last year we had already had 7 days over 100. So I guess you could say we have had a cool spell. :eek:
