Today is our 42nd wedding anniversary. Despite the dire predictions of both our families, and the copious tears shed by both mothers, we are still happily wed. Well, at least I am, and he is too stoic to complain! I must have done something very, very good at some time to get such a great husband. I cannot think of anything that I would change about him.
CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU BOTH Aren't families and friends great when it comes to knowing what you should and shouldn't do with you lives. I only had one 'friend' who declared doom for Randy and I but I have a feeling that since I am 9 years old than him, there were probably others who thought the same but just kept their mouths shut...waiting on the time when they could say 'I knew it wouldn't last' Randy left this up on my computer for me to see this morning and now I find that it is relevant for you two also. http://zenpencils.com/

Here's to the next 42 years spent happily together!! Ian's family said that we'd only last a year at most ... how wrong they were!! We are the best of friends as well as being husband and wife and I hope we always will be.
Congrats Yesterday was me and my bf's 4 year anniversary. This is my longest relationship yet. I cant imagine being with someone for 42 years
