    Oh my Philip you have so much colour in your garden. I still have a few things in bloom but most are dying back now. I really like your Tigridia Pavonia,'Tiger Flower/Mexican Shell flower with its unusual blooms and those hollyhocks are impressive. :-D

    Wow... look at all those beauties! I'm in awe of that Lilium 'Dimension' and the Tiger Flower.
    I didn't have a clue that there was a non-climbing Morning Glory... let alone a dwarf one.

    Hi Eileen,..this was a great summer for my blooms and as we are into Autumn now it still looks like summer as there are lots of new blooms appearing,..i agree with you about that Tigridia Pavonia,..its a beauty,..alas the flower only lasts two days but then another appears,..its very similar to our Day Lily and just as big,..so far there were just red or pink blooms but there should be a few yellow blooms soon,..fingers crossed.

    Some more blooms.

    Oh very nice. As you know, I get much pleasure in seeing flowers. Now mind you, I love to see my own gardens blooming but I love to see all the fellow Stewers flowers also.

    Thank you for making my heart happy today.

    That Terrarium of yours is a beauty Philip. I must try one again sometime. The problem I have is that Ian thinks that the house already looks like a jungle. He says he'll buy a machete if I bring any more indoors!! :D :D
    I hope your eyes get back to normal for you soon. I can only imagine what it must be like for you having problems with your eyesight and being in constant pain.

    Wow, Philip! Your garden is full of the most beautiful blooms! Have you had good weather this season? Every plant looks so healthy.
    Your photography is great too, despite your ailing eye condition. Hope it gets better quickly.

    Thanks Ren2012,..yes that eye can get painful,..covering it with a patch eases it,..but lol i could do with two patches.

    The garden is VERY full from time to time and closes in on the pathways however no complaints as that was the plan.

    Hi sgmgarden,..thank you!,..its a joy to look out the back door during all seasons.

    ====================================================

    Hi Eileen,..ah yes that Terrarium attracts attention when i have a visitor,..the usual comment is,.."are those plants real?",..lol at your comment from Ian and i can side with him as i tend to keep bringing plants into the house the effect is Jungle,..so Ian could well use the Machete in my house as well,..but a Terrarium would still fit in yours,..lol.

    Yes the eye is a big problem,..i can only make light of it at the worst of times otherwise i could get into bad form,..and so far its chin up.

    ====================================================

    Hi Kay,..we had a bumper summer,..almost tropical conditions here in the Midlands,..it seldom rained so with a little water added each morning everything bloomed in abundance,..ah the photography is down to the wee camera as it captures perfectly what i see.

    ====================================================

    Hi Barb,..horrible lol,..but you are right its a sight to see,..the one with the black patch is far worse as it had to be lanced so rather than put you all off this thread i let you all get a glimpse of the good eye,..lol.
