I'm sure we all have our favourite parts of the forum...I always go to the ID section first for 2 reasons: to see if I can help and to learn about things I don't know about. Then its off to the Village Square and Member's gallery.Anything else gets a visit if I have the time.
My favorite part of the forum I always visit is the Tress,Shrubs,Flowers section. I just love trees that's why. Next is Fruits and Veg section because I am currently starting my own vegetable garden. Wish me successes on this one! Then How Tos and Plan ID to learn more from the community.
My laptop and phone are never turned off. I stay signed into Gardenstew 24/7. The very first thing I do it click on the number just after the 'Forums'. That gives me a list of recent posts Then I look for the green leaves before each topic showing what I didn't read those yet. I look at every one with green leaves except when I am busy. That seems to be all the time recently. Then I pick and choose to save time. After that I go to 'The Village Square' and 'Member's Gallery'.
I always go to the Village Square first then work my way through It's funny how we will probably all have different answers to this question. I guess we all have our own habits
I get Topic Reply Notifications in my email and I always click on the Good Day All Thread notification first. Then I scroll down the list of new posts to see if any of them look spammy, then I start reading the newest posts.

I thought those numbers had something to do with how many people were browsing the forums. I go here first, and Hobbies and Crafts, Plant ID, and others if I have time. I usually have several pages open at one time in the tabs thingy on IE, so maybe I am here and maybe I am on another page.

I click on the new forum post number first and then do a quick scan through the list for possible spam. Then I visit Member's Gallery to see if there are any posts I need to add to the Pic of the Month possible contenders. Then I'll do my best to read through all of the other posts for moderation purposes and pleasure .
I have thought about your question for a whole day, Kiasmom. I came up with--"whatever I'm interested in most at the moment!" All the forums are interesting, and have good information and help. I usually go to the Village Square first, to find out what is happening with my Stewie friends. Then to whatever piques my fancy at the moment--recipes, herbs, plant ID . . . . And I dearly love the Jokes and Games forum! That is a must-visit, even if it isn't first. So many choices, so little time . . . .
