Photo in magazine.

    Had a photo in a garden magazine, I usually just have insects published in it. They did a Christmas special and used my robin photo in a wreath.

    How very very cool.... I remember that photo. Glad it got in a magazine. I would love a copy also. Do tell us the name of it.

    This is the Magazine Gardens West I had a cover on it in 1999 and 2000, Nov and Dec issues. You can see them by clicking Magazines and then the issue. Had a lot of bug pictures in it and a few birds. It is a good magazine, especially in the gardening months, Nov /Dec is rather slow in Canada.

    Fabulous photo!
    How would someone go about getting their photo's in a magazine? I know that magazine well ... I buy Garden Central when I can.

    I've been getting published for a lot of years now. I used to send in material to different magazines and had success with yachting and horse magazines. I used to send stuff in to agencies and had thousands of slides with them. I stopped when I went to digital cameras. Now it just through my nature site, and being known.

    I can't think of a better photograph to be included in the Gardens West magazine. It looks fantastic and just the thing for a Christmas special. Congratulations. :-D
