    I am impressed. I still haven't gotten a crop of them. next year I will put them in the high tunnel to give them more season length.

    They like it hot and lots if water. I didn't mound them or anything. Just planted two that had eyes and trained the vines on a trellis as they grew.

    You did well! I almost bought some in the store today. I like to just bake them and top with with butter and cinnamon, nutmeg and a little ginger. Just like a sweet potato pie minus the crust. :stew2:

    Excellent ! Now double the amount for next year. And be sure to lay them out and let them cure a week or two before eating. They are not very good when freshly dug.
