Kumquats Are Just About Ready

    This little tree is producing like crazy!
    Last year I made a pie and a cake from them. Both were very good. I need to go back and see what else I can make with them.

    Wow ! Be glad when my trees get that big. Brought them in for the winter, Will likely plant them early spring. They are doing well though. You had better start looking recipes up. Try just a plain jam. Just fruit & sugar cooked and sieved.

    Glad to hear your baby trees are doing well Mart.
    I was looking at recipes earlier. And I just can't stop thinking about that Tropical Kumquat Cake. It was so yummmmy! I think I'll make one for Thanksgiving. Pumpkin pie will just have to take a back seat :stew2:

    It looks as though you've got a bumper crop there Cheryl. You must let us see the Tropical Kumquat Cake once you've made it.
