Philip... those would be great for the caption competition. And totally loved that photo of the huskies. I had a couple of them when I lived in New Mexico (up in the mountains where there was snow... not down in the desert areas). One was named "Boots". I rescued her from the pound. She was the sweetest girl.
Hi Jane,..when you see those pictures you would be tempted to get a dog,..one that liked cats,..and would Feliz like the dog,.. ,..between the two of them you could end up as referee . ===================================================== Hi Cheryl,..hard to imagine you living in more or less another climate but you did,..gardening was surely different. Those Huskies always attracted me,..its those eyes,..so you had a couple of Huskies,.."Boots",..has fond memories for you though sad to look back in a way and we are all touched in a big way when remembering pets long gone. I have a few pictures stored away,..just in case i ever win a caption competition,..
A few more,,, Here are a few more pics that I found today: Really! ? ! ? !! Hank, you made my day! Those are so charming/funny! Thanks so very much! (I may be wearing out my ! key).
Seemed like a good place to share a couple of photos of my "grand-dog" Charlie. Charlie says "Mama, I need a hug!" River relaxing with….er, I mean on the dog.
Charlie is gorgeous Ronni. We had a Great Dane called Amber about 12 years ago so I know just what those hugs feel like. If you aren't prepared for them they can, literally, knock you off your feet. A lick from her and your whole face got a free wash.
