We are have 70* temps today :-D . So decided to make a short high tower. We put rebar in the ground and used pvc pipe to make the curves. Covered it with plastic. I planted boch choy and spinach in it. I have more to plant but decided to wait and see with just a few things.

Wow! 70's ? Did the deep freeze miss you?
It has been frigid here, and very much Winter!
It is supposed to reach up into the 40's maybe next week, but I think it'll be a while till we get to 70.
I do like your short high tower. It looks quite functional.

Kay, it was 13* a few days ago. This 70* weather is just a teaser. But it sure felt good.
it's raining now and 67* calling for thunder storm later.

    Hey miss--that looks good.
It gives you an extra winter dimension.
It is a raised bed too, right?

No Sjoerd not a raised bed. What you are seeing is a brick retaining wall.
It holds my back yard. Below is my patio. I like planting along the wall as it saves my back when planting and weeding.

I'd love to have the space for a short high tower. It looks great and I'm sure all your plants will appreciate what you've done for them.

Nice job. :D Enjoy your planting, and please enjoy it a bit extra for me. The coldest part of winter is yet to come here.

I used some rebar and a couple pieces of PVC to make a winter shelter for my Callas. It's amazing what you can do with that stuff.
    Your tunnel looks great!
