It was Karleigh's 7th birthday, so she and her older sister Lorelei got to spend the weekend with me. The Uncles and Aunts and me took them out to Monkey Joe's which is sort of like a Chuck-E-Cheese but better, with a whole bunch of the HUGEST bounce houses I've ever seen! And then to lunch. And then they came back to my house where they spent the night. We had a blast. I especially liked the photos I took with my new camera yesterday morning while they were waiting for breakfast. The birthday girl on the left. My newest grand baby. Lucy is just 4 months, but is already trying to walk! Birthday Lunch And these are what I took when I got back home, with my new camera. I'm really enjoying it! Lorelei just HAD to spoil the moment.
Eileen, they most definitely are. Of my 8 grandchildren, these two, and my daughter's two, are the ones I get to see frequently because they're right here in Nashville. My oldest son's 4 daughters live in California, so I only get to see them a couple times a year when I travel there to visit. I love being a grandma! I do grandma stuff with my babies every chance I get!
