First bloom of 2014...

    I spotted this "burst" of white color when I arrived home this evening.

    It sure was a pick-me-up to see any color but brown out there! I can't see it from the house, but I do need to venture outside at some point today, so I'll have to check and see how it's handling the freezing rain/temps.

    I ventured out of the house a bit ago to go feed my aunt's cats, visit my BFF for her bday, feed the birds AND take a photo of that daffodil.
    Here's what it looked like 24 hours ago.
