This morning I harvested 2 plants of Curly Brassica from our very first batch of veggies in our very first bed in our new abode. I am not sure exactly what this veggie is but the name on the seed package is Curly Brassica and this is our favourite. Very Fresh Green ( photo / image / picture from KK Ng's Garden ) Becky had it prepared for lunch and we all enjoyed it ... yum yum!!! Stir fried...yum! ( photo / image / picture from KK Ng's Garden ) It was a simple dish, stir fried in pork lard with eggs and bacon chips. Bon Appétit :-D
Hmmmmm, Kale or Curly Kale, sounds interesting with the eggs, bacon and lard....I might get Randy to be willing to try it prepared that way. Glad the first produce from your new garden was so very tasty.....bodes well for the new home.
