I thought this was really good advice.

The key to eating healthy is
not eating any food that has a tv commercial.

This will really be interesting for my next trip to the supermarket. I am thinking of a couple of add campaigns but overall it seems the not so good food yells the most on the TV. Especially the prepared foods.

I agree completely, Donna...not that i have a TV yto watch, but judging from the coupons and magazine ads I see There is nothing healthy about any premade ready to eat food. I can't afford to buy the foods that have coupons... let alone afford to eat it, either.

Yep, same on this side of the pond  It isn't very often that you see an ad for anything like apples. I rather suspect that it may have something to do with the amount of money to be made/or not...or is that just my inner-cynic :D

I just said to my daughter yesterday, "when I was your age....there used to be coupons for things like flour and sugar". She was shocked.
