Thank you! Some more, fresh ones Phlox subulata - really love this ground cover Asarum europaeum - another groundcover - flowers are down there, close to the ground. Saxifraga stolonifera - cool leaf pattern, can't wait for these to bloom One of the tulips Cercis - starting to bloom all over the stems Tree peony - opening the buds for the first time - very fragrant, loved by bees
Absolutely lovely pictures Cal, I don't know how I missed this whole thread in the past... Really brightened my mood for the whole day - Thanks! PS - Great job, really!
Thank you! Some fresh pics from last weekend! It's been a nice spring, really! Warmth and rains when needed.
Lucky you Cal, here temperature wise our winter has managed to overshadow the spring. Guess we will be skipping spring like weather and will be going straight to summer this year!
Looking very good Calin. Although I love the close-ups I really enjoy seeing the overall photos of your area too. What are those spiky looking ones with the yellow flowers? Reminds me of Kniphofia, but not really. And those adorable yellow one's with the white edges?
Hello... Thise yellow spiky are Asphodeline lutea. And other yellow ones are annual but nicely reseeding (not invasive) Limnanthes douglasii.
