I just joined the site earlier today. I used to be a part of GardenGuides.com but I think that site has started to deteriorate, so in my hunt to find a good and thriving gardening social network I found this one! So far I am impressed with the site and the forums that I have scrolled through. As for me, I am a grad student and since I'm not taking any summer classes I am spending a lot of my time in the garden! Normally, during the school year, I am teaching and studying for my own classes. When I need a break I head to the garden or take care of my inside plants (depending on the weather of course). I recently found out that there is a local gardening club and I am thinking it would be fun to be a part of that group too.
