You guys are not going to believe this one. Not only does my sister have COPD, Emphysema, and stage 4 lung cancer but the pneumonia she had was caused by Legionnaires' disease. Wow, What else could have happened to her. My sister is so optimistic, you wouldn't believe it. She now wants to go on with her cancer treatment. The hospital felt she was not going to make it so they pulled the breathing tube out just about 4 days ago. She lived and got better by the hour. She is now on a pulmonary rehab place and doing very well. That is not to say she is going to live very long but she has recovered from this event. The power of prayer is so important. I believe. I thank you all for that. I am glad I have my sister for a little longer. Thank you all, MY DEAR on line friends, for those prayers.
We'll keep the coming Barb for however long they are needed. I hope the cancer treatment will help your sister and that she can enjoy the time she has left with you.

And as I sent her on her way, I bowed my head to pray. I asked GOD To hold your hand, To help you understand, To give you hope And teach you how to cope. So this angel is just for you. She'll help you make it through.
She is going through so much. I hope the doctors can keep her pain free. And that she know you are there for Her. Hugs going your way.

This is wonderful news, Ware. I am so happy for both of you. Were the health workers able to determine where she picked-up the Legionnaires' Disease. It would be important to correct the situation where the this originated. Anyhow, it is great to hear of her improvement. How can one put this sort of happiness into words?
Well, guys. I think my sis and may of arent talking any more or at least at this moment. You all don't want to know the particulars but I talked, yelled, to her this morning and she softly and gently walked out and went to her boyfriends for the weekend. So I really don't know where we stand. I can only tell you all that I week very used, to death...... Anyway I should not air my laundry in public. I do thank you for being here...you all are soooo good for me.. I'll keep you posted if there is any change.. XOX
