I can see why Sheilagh's life has improved with a lovely outdoor space like that Philip. She must be invigorated every time she looks out onto it or spends time in it. It's great that you give your time to encourage her to spend time in her garden. It's more beautiful than when I last saw it and has so much colour. You should be very proud of yourself and I'm sure Sheilagh appreciates having such a wonderful neighbour as you.

Thank you folks,..her garden had nothing in it to start,..one day i invited her in to see mine and she started admiring some of the blooms,..i started off with Palmonaria officinalis,'Lungworth',..now i give her any surplus plants i have.

It is amazing to hear her talk about her garden ,..she attends a Care Center four days a week and rushes home to see what has bloomed,..pulls back her curtains each morning and admires her blooms,..sits looking at it through the day,..i put up a bird feeder,..it keeps her entertained,..i was well rewarded when i was unable to do anything with the fractured wrists,..she would call in each day to check on me,..spoiled me in fact.
