Philip I do enjoy our walks together. There is just so much to see. The Sweet Chestnut tree is gorgeous and with its red flowers and is a nice change from the Horse Chestnut. Molly didn't seem to mind us all coming along and I hope you'll allow us to stroll with you again soon.
Hi Eileen,..aha so its a Sweet Chestnut,..i wasn't too sure,..it looked to me as being Chestnut its the only one in the whole area,..all the others are Horse Chestnut,..White.
Hi KK,..i know its a very old Tree and i always presumed it was a White Cherry Blossom,..someone might put me wise,..i will inquire as well and let you know.
