What a delightful photograph. Our goldfinches also enjoy eating the sunflower seeds but have never posed so nicely for me to take a shot of them.
I have planted a quarter acre of nothing but sunflowers. They will all be in bloom in a couple more weeks, and I look forward to getting some good photos when they do! I also planted three quarters of an acre in a deer/turkey food plot right beside the sunflowers
