I thought this was a passion fruit my mouth is watering. I am making some from Goya pulp today for Sunday's dinner. I am from the Caribbean and this fruit is a fave through out the tropical islands for drinks and dessert toppings.
That's fantastic!! How I wish I could grow passion fruit over here. When yours turn dark purple/brown on the outside they're ripe. The pulp inside is really delicious.
