We have a really good friend that was in need of a ramp. (Charlies is the man that built all the bird houses from my kitchen floor). In the last 3 months he has lost the ability to walk and was house bound and very stubborn about a ramp. He finally said yes to a ramp and we did not give him time to change his mind. Turned into a fun project with a very happy ending. The hole in the middle now has a small door for access to a water shut off.

I love it when folks help each other out like this. The ramp you built for Charlie looks really sturdy and is going to give him many years of the freedom he now has. He'll never regret his decision to have one.

Charlie is a lucky man to have friends like you two! You showed him how much he is valued by friends--you did a very wonderful thing.

You are all wonderful neighbors to build that for Charlie, Nice, strong looking ramp that will probably have ruts worn in it soon from all the 'traveling' he can do now.

What a very nice thing to do for that gentleman. I find it always refreshing to see how folks help one another. That ramp is going to be appreciated so much as time goes on.

You guys get a big hug from me! :setc_083:
