It's Spring in the greenhouse out back.

We just put all the yard plants that would die into the greenhouse so you can't walk out there. I will be putting lots of hours out there this next week. Everything thinks it's Spring with the sun making it so warm during the day.

I posted my Dutchmans's Pipe flower somewhere else here but now there are two. Wow. He doesn't know it really is going to be Winter soon.

What a beautiful hibiscus, Barb. The DP is quite interesting of a plant, too. Is it a climber?

Beautiful flowers! Do you have a heated greenhouse? That has been on of my greatest, but silly, dreams since I live in such a cold area. Oh well, at least I can enjoy the pictures that you and others post. :D

Netty, carolyn, Donna S and Sjoerd, Thanks. I hope I will keep it blooming long into the Winter.

carolyn, The Hibiscus looks like it has allot more colors than we can see with our eyes, in person. It is brilliant. And YES, the Dutchman's Pipe is a climber which I will add a trellis to the pot very soon and let it fill in all over it. That way next Summer it may give me a million blooms. I would like that.

2ofus, Yes we are in Pa where is gets very cold and the greenhouse is kept warm and cozy. Many times we have brunches in there with a few friends. At the moment you can't walk in there with all the plants we brought in for the Winter.

We have moved it a couple of times. That's not fun. So we will stay planted right where we are until the end.......

    Very impressive, Trop.
It has such a cosy look at night, doesn't it...sort of like the cosy feeling I get when I take a night-time canal tour in Amsterdam. Very cosy and very romantic.
