I bought this plant from the clearance rack. it didn't have any tag. The sales guy said he didn't know what the name was but he knew it was a perennial and had flowers. Can you identify this plant for me please? ( photo / image / picture from Tina's Garden ) ( photo / image / picture from Tina's Garden )
maybe spurge? I had something that looked like this at our old house. It has a bright bract of yellow leaves in the summer. there are flowers, but insignificant. it makes a nice ground cover. I had it on the west side of the house and it had exposure most of the day to full sun.
Looks like a weed that's growing all over the place here. Sure hope not. Curious as to what it is too.
I am leaning towards Lupine too. Growers force them to come into bloom at this time of the year for gardeners to plant early. Check the leaves in photos on these two of our plant pages and see what you think. I'm not saying that these are specifically your plant but there are over 200 species of Lupine so it could be one of the others. Lupinus texensis 'Texas Maroon' (Texas Maroon Bluebonnet, Alamo Fire Bluebonnet) Lupinus texensis (State Flower of Texas, Texas Bluebonnet)
asparagus fern if its an asparagus fern, which i believe it is, dig in the dirt, it will have little white bulbs.. very hardy. i always had great luck with them.
