we just moved in and the property line is from the far fence to the fore fence. I need something that will say this is our property but not a true fence and it has to be removable as in the winter we get 10 feet or more ( not joking ) of snow. I like the bike with planters whimsical type idea but it will have to be a whole lotta something. I am also unsure what to do about that latice white fence that is destroyed as well. thanks in advance as I am new to this

How about just planters? The containers will be more interesting if they are of different heights and sizes and even colors. Pop some annuals into plastic pots and put the plastic ones inside the heavier decorative planters.
When winter approaches, just take out the annuals, dump the soil in a big garbage can for re-use, or on the compost pile, and stack the "show" containers somewhere.
What is wrong with the lattice? Let us know specifics and someone will come up with an idea for a fix/replacement.

that is an awesome idea and actually would be very easy to do. I really like the idea of the dump the soil in a garbage can. the lattice up close is broken I guess I could just replace it with new. I was thinking of sweetpeas along that fence and they would grow tall up on the fence. It is possible I have been trying to hard to complicate what I am doing. thanks so much. I am going to start collecting pots today. I will post as I go

Morning glories, sweet peas, pole beans, scarlet runner beans etc. would all be great to mask a broken lattice fence. Before you put your planters down on the ground start by putting down a roll of ground cover. Peg it down and put mulch over it then place your pots on top of the snugging them down into the mulch. Viola... weeds and grass issue solved.
