Getting close to the birds.

    This fox sparrow posed for a while so I took its picture.

    Great shot. This Fox Sparrow looks quite different from our Fox Sparrow we have here in Wisconsin during the summertime. Are they different species of Fox sparrows I wonder? ;)

    They vary quite a lot in different regions. This species is one of our most variable birds, with four main groups that can range from foxy red to gray to dark brown.
