Been using lettuce instead of cabbage in all my stir fried dishes and they love it. Find it easier to digest and cooks faster too. Has anyone else been using it too?

Sueanne, what variety of lettuce are you using? The water content of Iceberg is so high I can't see it standing up to even flash cooking, but using lettuce instead of cabbage sounds like a great idea.

I have stir fried iceberg lettuce with no problem. Just make sure it is dry before adding. I use what I have be it lettuce, spinach, or other mild greens.

    Great idea.

(Not everyone in my family likes cabbage.)
